3) Payment - All our payment are processed by LLoyds Bank Group via their intermediary SagePay for your security and peace of mind.
4) Delivery - We aim to despatch all orders received by 12 noon the same day for delivery the next working day through UPS.
5) Refunds - Normally made within 2 working days of receipt.
